He is an expert in leading teams at high-performing businesses, like Algonomy, AppDynamics (acq. by Cisco), Reflektion, Box, BloomReach, Autonomy (acq. by HP), and more.

Nowadays, he provides operational support and advisory services to startups and scale-ups. His passion is to help companies succeed with the right growth and post-sales strategies aligned with their journey. Javed works with startups in North America as well as Europe, MENA and APAC. He also volunteers for incubators like Imperial Enterprise Lab (part of Imperial College, London) as an EiR.
