Shraddha has extensive experience in financial institutions regulations and project finance, providing sound legal advice and transactions support on large battery storage and other power infrastructure projects in the industry. She has both advisory and operational experience, having worked with deal teams on origination and structuring, leveraged finance, and derivatives trading. Prior to joining Peak Power, Shraddha worked in leadership positions across domestic and international institutions in the power, technology, and banking fields.
