Mark has over 20 years of experience working in energy and electricity markets. He’s worked with multidisciplinary marketing and sales teams, implementing product strategies through the understanding of customer and sales requests and requirements. He uses agile development methods to create interactions with marketing and commercial teams. Mark brings 25+ years of customer development, setting strategies and leading projects in complex, cross-functional and international environments all while leading change management and implementation. He is also rooted in his community, leading volunteering projects in Raleigh.
