Lee G. Giguere has served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of enGene since January 29, 2024. Mr. Giguere joined the company from Obsidian Therapeutics, Inc., where he was Chief Legal Officer and Secretary from November 2021 to January 2024. Earlier, he was General Counsel of Chiasma, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHMA) from September 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, he served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from July 2018 to September 2019 and Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from September 2016 to July 2018 of Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: KPTI). Prior to joining Karyopharm, Mr. Giguere was Senior Securities and Governance Counsel at Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX). Mr. Giguere began his legal career in the business law department of Goodwin Procter LLP. Mr. Giguere received his B.S.B.A. in Finance from Northeastern University and his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
