When I was younger, if you asked me what I wanted to be when I was older, I dreamed of being a CEO. I imagined a fancy leather chair with a large solid wood desk, a wall full of windows overlooking the city and marble floors. I saw myself leading - what exactly? - no idea - but I knew that that's what I wanted. My office now isn't as glamourous as I imagined it to be, but the person sitting in it is just as resourceful, tenacious and gritty as I always imagined - if not more!

This desire to lead has always held strong in my day to day life and has inspired me in launching and growing my own businesses. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and about people. I lead compassionately and encourage others to do the same. I work hard to foster a strong team atmosphere with those around me by facilitating honest and open communication that encourages others to feel welcomed, important and valuable.

Life has taught me to seek out opportunities, whether or not they are risky. I choose to see opportunities for growth every day - working to never stay stagnant in life. At the core, I am a just a person who loves to experience life to it's fullest - to grow, to learn, to fail, to succeed, to rest, to work really really hard - but make it all balanced.
