Louise has more than 15 years’ experience in human resources for the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry, with particular expertise in building teams, leading organizational changes and supporting leadership development. Prior to joining Cooledge, she served as People and Culture Leader for Creation Technologies, an EMS provider to hundreds of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) around the world.
