Prior to joining Cooledge, Tina held senior finance positions at Drax Group, Global Container Terminals Inc., Rogers Communications Inc., and Barrick Gold Corporation. Her ability to transform business processes and enhance organizational efficiency has been a hallmark of her career, while her strategic mindset and commitment to cost management and long-term business planning have consistently driven performance improvements.
