Donovan is the Vice President (VP) of Program Management for Product Development and Customer Operations at oneNav.

Prior to oneNav, Donovan spent 10 years at Qualcomm program managing their Location team. During this time, he oversaw four generations of Autonomous and Assisted GNSS platforms as well as Wi-Fi/WWAN location technologies. Notably, Donovan led the incorporation of GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS into GNSS receivers across four generations. He also served as Senior Director of Program Management for the newly formed Qualcomm Automotive business unit.

Before joining Qualcomm, Donovan held system engineering lead and engineering project manager positions at Copper Mountain Networks, ADC Wireless, and Pacific Communication Sciences. There, he focused on techniques and products for overlaying data traffic over existing wired and wireless telecommunication products.

Donovan began his career as a systems and electrical engineer, working on air and underwater autonomous vehicles and guidance/navigation systems for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Minnesota and San Diego State University, respectively.
