Prior to his current role of Project Director, Mr. Nickerson originally joined NSU in 2017 as Managing Engineer of Operations Northeast in order to act as an engineering resource for all of the facilities operated by NSU. In his role as Project Director, Mr. Nickerson oversees engineering design, procurement, construction, budgeting and scheduling for projects of scale. Before obtaining his engineering degree, Nate was a master automotive mechanic and welder/fabricator. He brings a hands-on approach to the design, construction and deployment of engineered solutions.
