Win joined Holland Pump in 1999 and has served in several roles, including purchasing manager and president of manufacturing. He was appointed president of rental operations in 2007 and completed the acquisition of Holland Pump in 2016. As a 35-year veteran in the construction industry, he has served as a journeyman, an estimator and a general contractor. Win holds a BA from Evergreen State College and an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. Win and wife, Shelley have four kids and enjoy the beach, tennis, biking, and sailing.
