With 18 years of software engineering experience, Ian has helped build highly performant software systems in gaming, interactive media, financial services, and the B2B gig-economy. Ian worked on engineering the platform design for Work Market (acquired by ADP) to help them become a leading B2B workforce management platform. He helped build a class-leading web-based video game for children while at Affinity Systems Inc. And before Horizon, he helped engineer employee investment products while at Vestwell. A deep and strategic thinker, Ian’s implementation of systems and processes provides critical foundations for Horizon’s business to scale and our vision to be realized.
