She is the founder of Pink and New, an emotional health platform that partners with churches to provide Millennial and Gen Z women with courses, bite-size content, and community to support them in seeking God for healing. Pink and New is part of Velocity Incubator and Communitech’s Fierce Founders.

Jenni is also the founder of The Yay Project and the host of You Are You podcast, which encourage women—with a special heart for women in Asia and Asian communities—to embrace the message ‘you are you (yay).’ Our Yay community is 50k women strong, and our podcast has reached the top 10 in Apple Podcasts’ Christianity charts in various countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, and India.

She has 10+ years of experience developing educational products for publishers like Oxford University Press, and currently works in the Internal Communications team—supporting teams such as Gender Equity, Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Response, and the College for Officer Training—at The Salvation Army in Canada.
