Research scientist and entrepreneur with more than 14 years of research experience across a broad range of disciplines (renewable energy forecasting, energy storage, electrified transport, carbon emissions), using a diverse set of tools (AI, machine learning, optimisation, forecasting, time series analysis).

Previously was a Senior Research Scientist at IBM Research Australia, working on reducing the carbon footprint of IBM's data centers, and optimally operating energy storage. Before that, spent three years as a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, working together with several utility partners to study the impacts of electric vehicles on distribution networks, and to develop smart charging algorithms for optimal load shifting.
