Dr. Elena Blokhina, an expert on semiconductor devices, quantum devices and semiconductor technology for quantum computing. She is responsible for implementing the strategy and vision of the company regarding qubit technology and applications.

Elena is a senior member of IEEE, where she has served in many leadership roles, including Deputy Editor in Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, Chair of the IEEE Technical Committee on Nonlinear Circuits and System, member of the Board of Governors of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and served as an organising and programme committee member of leading international conferences. 

Elena received the Habilitation (D.Sc.) degree in engineering from Sorbonne University, a Ph.D. in physical and mathematical sciences and the M.Sc. degree with highest honours in physics from Saratov State University. She has published over 170 peer-reviewed journals and conference papers and two books.
