Mike is a strategic and results-driven executive with 25 years of finance and investing experience. He previously led the Relationship Investments group at CPP Investments, which made large minority investments in public and private companies in North America and Europe. Mike actively engaged with management teams and boards of directors to enable transformative organic growth, acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Prior to his 12 years at CPP Investments, Mike made mezzanine debt and structured equity investments at TD Capital, and worked in the institutional equities and investment banking groups at Scotia Capital. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA (Honours) from Queen's University.
