Doug Spear is Greenlight’s Chief Legal Officer. Prior to Greenlight, Doug led the Emerging Companies practice at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, advising high-growth technology companies, venture capital firms, and angel investors. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
