Brian is Greenlight’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Greenlight, he served as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he advised technology companies on financing, strategic investment, and M&A transactions. Brian holds an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan as well as an M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
