Zach represents public and private companies, debtors, funds and ad hoc and official committees in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex mergers and acquisitions and restructurings, often in distressed and special situations.  Zach advises companies and investors on a broad range of corporate, securities law, corporate governance and strategic matters, including rights offerings, shareholder and inter-creditor agreements and disclosure issues.
