As the VP of Customer Success at Jombone, I work closely with my recruitment team and account managers to strive for excellence and deliver the best for our clients.

Setting high-performance standards for myself and my team has proven to be a key contributor to our success. I understand the value of a cohesive unit. As a natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, I take charge yet remain grounded and approachable. Early in my career, I was hired as a recruiter while looking for a job and went to an agency for help. What a game-changer! Within six months, I earned a promotion to Operations Manager, and my journey led me to Jombone.

I grew up on a farm 50 km outside Edmonton. I have a love and passion for animals, cats, and horses which are my favourite.  The most important people in my life are my three amazing successful daughters and my sister! They are all incredible people, and we spend as much time together as possible.  I enjoy thrifting for great finds and making old things new again. I started golfing again last year and look forward to the weekends when I can hit the range.
