Georgia leads and directs the planning and execution of the firm’s Human Resources function with respect to staff positions. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Queen’s University and has a Human Resources Certificate from Ryerson University, along with a Lean Six Sigma certificate from the University of Toronto. Georgia is also a certified executive and life coach. 

Prior to Aird & Berlis LLP, Georgia spent time working in advertising, technology and training. Georgia is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association, the Association of Legal Administrators, The Legal Office Management Association (TLOMA) and the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She has sat on the Board of The Georgian Bay Land Trust and is past-president of TLOMA. Georgia is currently a Board Trustee of the Psychology Foundation of Canada.
