Ben is a Principal at Ag Capital Canada. He has more than 30 years of experience in the investment-management industry, investing on behalf of pension funds, endowments and family offices – helping them to reach their global investment objectives. 

Ben’s diverse experience spans public and private equities, fixed income, hedging strategies, endowment models and multi-asset portfolio construction. 

He spent much of his professional career in the UK, working for prominent institutions such as RIT Capital Partners and its sister company, Windmill Hill Asset Management, where he most recently served as Chief Investment Officer. Windmill Hill is one of Europe’s largest and oldest endowments. 

Ben previously held senior investment management roles at Invesco Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management (UK) and Highstreet Asset Management.

In addition to his role with Ag Capital Canada, Ben was most recently CEO and CIO of Tall Oak Capital Advisors, an independent investment-management firm in London, Ontario.

In his spare time, Ben sits on the investment committees of two local not-for-profit organizations: the Diocese of London and the Walter J Blackburn Foundation. Ben is married with two children who are in university. He resides in London, Ontario.
