Farhad got his masters from UofT in computer engineering. He has worked on multiple projects involving design and development of technologies related to smart homes, IoT and its uses in health care. His master’s project was focused on using edge processing technology for collecting and analyzing large scale IoT data obtained from sensory devices using multiple communication protocols such as Zigbee and Z-wave and cellular.
