Roman has over 25 years of diverse product development, manufacturing, regulatory and business experience in the biotechnology industry. He is experienced in directing R&D programs for technology and product development which have led to multiple patent filings, regulatory approval and commercialization of numerous diagnostic products. Roman has a PhD in Molecular Biology and did a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pharmacology.
