I have an inquisitive nature and I thrive on solving tough problems and thinking about how to put data and science to work. I've tackled challenges such as developing new materials and processes for 3D printing (Additive Manufacturing) and printed/flexible electronics as well as building new capability and infrastructure to support innovation in Advanced Manufacturing.

I am passionate about applied research and commercializing innovation. I have over 15 years experience leading multi-disciplinary, globally dispersed teams in a fast-paced technology environment. I’ve published 20+ scientific research papers and been issued 88 US Patents. I have substantial experience with Canadian funding programs for academia, entrepreneurs, and small/medium-size enterprises and I enjoy working with companies to help them achieve their business and technology goals.
