His role involves modernizing, integrating, and operating customer support, professional services, onboarding and training teams alongside Customer Success. With over two decades in the field, Sachin’s experience spans roles across engineering, product management, sales, services, support, and customer success. His proficiency in leveraging technology, data, and innovative processes to focus on customer health, value, and outcomes has enabled him to lead global teams and grow multi-million dollar product or service portfolios across both emerging and mature technologies.
Before his current role at VTS, Sachin held positions of increasing responsibility at notable companies such as Transarc, IBM, and Medidata Solutions. His academic credentials include an MS in Computer Science from the University of California Riverside and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
