Swaroopa Penikelapati is the Chief Technology Officer at VTS, leading all Engineering & IT teams, driving innovation and continuing to provide best-in-class technology for customers. Swaroopa brings a strong background in real estate tech, coupled with 20 years of software engineering and development expertise. She previously co-founded the real estate software company PropertyCapsule and came on board with VTS after it acquired PropertyCapsule in October 2019. Before that, she had stints at Dotloop, which was acquired by Zillow in 2015, and Wells Fargo with an impressive career in CRE.
