Josh Evans is the Chief Operating Officer of VTS, the commercial real estate industry’s leading technology platform that transforms how strategic decisions are made and executed across the asset lifecycle. Josh is a seasoned professional with almost 25 years building and growing sales, professional services and customer success organizations in the technology industry. Prior to VTS, Josh served as SVP of Sales at Velocify and helped start the internet company CarsDirect.com (now Internet Brands) which successfully IPOed in 2007.

Josh holds a BS in Economics and Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. When he isn’t busy leading the VTS sales team, you can find him at the turntables as a DJ, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
