Julie is a long-standing and strong supporter of women in business, sport and the community, a proud recipient of the 2023 WXN DEI Award in the category of Corporate Boards, a 2017 recipient of Ontario's Leading women, Leading girls Awards, a 2015 recipient of the International Alliance of Women (TIAW) top 100 world of Difference awards, as well as one of Canada's Top 50 to watch in Wealth Management in 2016. Throughout her 25+ year career with BMO, across multiple lines of businesses, functions and leadership roles, Julie has earned the reputation of being a leader who executes with pace, courage and excellence, inspiring teams to come together towards a common vision. In her current role, Julie oversees the retail banking business (170 branches and 2000+ team members) throughout the Greater Toronto Region.
