Brandon Moffatt

Cleantech Specialist Mentor

In today’s world, we can ill afford to not properly take heed of the important issues of the energy transition/decarbonization using low carbon fuels such as renewable natural gas and e-methanol.

My career has focused on undervalued resources-to-energy and value-added product space. I have worked to build StormFisher, a clean-tech leader working to use under valued resources to create better uses for these products.

My entrepreneurial spirit has helped me to build a record of identifying promising business opportunities and bringing them to fruition and beyond. I have had the good fortune to work on the development of major initiatives, including large-scale food-waste diversion facilities, a plastic-to-wax process, and now working on renewable hydrogen and its derivatives (e-methanol and e-methane).

Serving as the lead developer for multiple renewable energy firms, I have experience managing the commercial/technical development and operation of large-scale renewable energy facilities.

I have had abundant experience in dealing with stakeholders and partners, allowing me to develop my communication skills. I am a transformative team leader, always leading by example to motivate people to achieve goals.

In addition, I am a powerful asset, serving as an intermediary between energy groups and financial institutions to ensure that initiatives are carried out in long-term, viable fashions. My engineering background has allowed me to serve as the engineer in charge on renewable energy projects across North America.

For an organization to find success, you must depend on a network of like-minded people. In that vein, the success of objectives of the energy transition industry cannot be achieved in a vacuum. We must work together to realize tangible results in terms of climate change/decarbonization. Let’s connect; StormFisher is a leading advocate in this space, and I’d love to work with you to forward our collective mission.
