Colleen has over 20 years of professional experience with companies ranging from Fortune 500 through to Startup. The last 10+ years has been in C-Suite leadership roles either as a COO, CEO, Board Member or Executive Committee Member. Prior to that she was an active Fixed Income Fund Manager at Schroder Investment Management.

She has a collaborative coaching leadership approach in all that she does. Many of these attributes come from her years on the sports field as an athlete and coach. She intuitively knows that more is achieved through collectively working together than on ones own.

In 2012, Colleen founded a data driven sports technology company as she believes that data provides the ability to make the best decisions. Her desire to give that data back to the hands of users led her to Verif-y, a digital identity company in 2018.

A curious mind and desire to learn means that Colleen is always educating herself on best practices and cutting edge technologies and methods. She is passionate about growing both companies and individuals. And when she's not behind a desk, on a Board Meeting, or on the sports field she can often be found on a stage presenting the latest technologies and companies.
