I am the founder of the Heart of Culture, a program that applies the science of happiness to create engaged and productive workplaces, and a partner at Jackie Lauer, Leadership Consulting & Coaching, where I offer customized solutions for leadership development, culture change, and strategic planning.

My passion is to empower leaders and teams to thrive in complex and dynamic environments, using neuroscience, emotional intelligence, conversational intelligence, and relationship systems coaching. I have worked with over 70 start-up technology companies as a mentor and facilitator, as well as with large multinational and mid-cap organizations, federal and publicly funded institutions, and small fast-growing IT firms.
