Here’s what I believe: You can’t be business-driven without being people-driven. This isn’t about singing Kumbaya. It’s about creating a serious business advantage – maybe the only sustainable one. Creating that advantage means making the most out of the innate value employees bring to their organizations, their teams, and the people around them. That’s what drives me - helping people get better so companies can too.

We simply can’t meet the needs of our business or our customers unless we meet the needs of our people. It’s my job to make sure we grow and develop as a business by building programs that fundamentally support our people. That boils down to engagement.

For me, engagement begins at onboarding, making sure people feel immediately like they’ve joined the right organization. As individuals grow within the company, I work with leaders and their teams to build long-term individual and organizational success.

If we’re truly in a knowledge age, all our power is in our people. My passion is helping them grow, helping them get better at every opportunity, and helping them understand how vital their contributions are to the organization.
