A Chicago native, Kevin Sherlock serves as SpotHero’s General Counsel and is a member of the Company’s executive leadership team. Kevin is responsible for managing and overseeing all of the Company’s legal affairs, risk management, insurance practices and corporate governance matters, working closely with all levels of leadership at the Company. Prior to joining SpotHero, Kevin was lead M&A counsel at Groupon and, before that, an attorney with the Chicago law firm Mayer Brown LLP, where he focused primarily on corporate and commercial transactions.

Kevin graduated with high distinction from The University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Iowa Law Review. He also received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Iowa and was a five-year member of the Iowa football team, playing fullback on two Big Ten championship teams.
