Beth Hayden joined SpotHero in 2020 as Chief People Officer, bringing more than 18 years of people team leadership experience to the role. Beth is responsible for our people strategy, including talent development and retention, recruiting, culture and vision for organizational growth, design and engagement. She is passionate about delivering a world-class team experience – empowering, inspiring and fun!

Prior to SpotHero, Beth led People at two emerging VC and PE-backed B2B startups in technology and data solutions. At Backstop Solutions Group, a FinTech, she was responsible for creating a stronger connection between the employee and client experience and measurably advancing the talent brand. Beth was CHRO, Americas for nearly a decade at JLL and contributed to significant growth and scale. Known for being a diversity and inclusion pioneer, she also launched programs to position the organization as an employer of choice. Beth even has exposure to parking from her five years at public REIT Trizec Properties.

Beth earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern and holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois. She is also active in the community, serving on various non-profit Boards.
