I have over 20 years of experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, serving as a seasoned leader and advocate for innovation and growth. Throughout my career, I have successfully designed, managed, and executed impactful programs, events, and partnerships to support entrepreneurs at all stages of their journey, from pre-revenue startups to multi-million dollar scale-ups.

During my tenure as the Director of Community Growth at Boundless Accelerator (formerly Innovation Guelph, a non-profit regional innovation center in Guelph, ON), I led corporate fundraising, investor relations, and client partnerships. I also spearheaded the team's digital media and communications efforts and co-designed a successful privately funded, unique, early-stage investment readiness program for startups.

Throughout the 8.5 years with the organization, I founded Startup Guelph, an online community of local entrepreneurs and innovators, and participated as a partner in Startup Canada's Startup Gov initiative. Additionally, I organized the annual Ontario Innovation Expo, a popular regional tradeshow that showcased the best of the local startup scene for 5 years while providing core funding for the organization. I oversaw all aspects of this event year-over-year, from budgeting to talent recruitment and ensuring its successful execution.

My commitment lies in fostering the growth of startups to generate positive social and economic impact through program development and delivery, as well as by encouraging and facilitating community connections and introductions.
