Keegan started his journey with ArcTern after working in the Sustainability Investment Banking coverage group at Raymond James. Keegan advised on private placement, M&A, IPO, and de-SPAC transactions in various climate verticals including renewables, carbon, energy efficiency, and the circular economy. Prior to Raymond James, Keegan executed M&A advisory and financial due diligence engagements for private businesses in the United States and Canada as part of BDO’s Capital Markets team. Keegan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Outside of the office, you can find Keegan traveling, learning a new instrument, or getting involved in his community.
