Nikhil joined the ArcTern team after developing broad expertise in sustainability and energy with McKinsey & Company.  His work primarily centered around growth strategy for utilities, AgTech startups, sustainable energy generators, and more. Prior to McKinsey, Nikhil was a Materials Engineer at the Georgia Institute of Technology where he conducted research for spacecraft shielding and produced prototypes to reduce residential water usage. He is excited to continue exploring the ClimateTech space and naturally, this passion brought him to ArcTern.
