In the most recent past, the significant opportunity presented by platform-business models, and the mandate for recurring revenues has allowed me to focus on helping enterprises develop their business-model innovation strategies and building the business and operating capabilities to support and scale the new business models.

My contribution to the book “Selling Through Someone Else: How to Use Agile Sales Networks to sell more,” includes an ecosystem expansion framework that I co-created in working with clients to activate their ecosystems more effectively.
