A serial investor, Alireza has deep expertise in a number of industries including manufacturing and High Tech, as well as significant experience in structuring joint partnerships.

Alireza has helped many companies enter new markets and have played executive roles in companies focused on commercializing new ideas and products. He has been instrumental in bringing a number of multinationals into the middle east. In helping companies enter new emerging markets Alireza has advised on establishment of joint venture and joint partnerships, commercial and legal structures, and revenue sharing and governance models. Further he has helped identify and evaluate available investment vehicles, potential partners, legal and commercial structures, has helped set up multiple joint ventures and has held seats on governing bodies of several companies.

Most recently, Alireza has been focused on the technology sector, acting as an angel investor and helping raise funds for various early stage startups in both North America and Iran. His portfolio of companies include some of the leading Internet, social media and e-commerce companies in Iran, as well as a group of start-ups in the field of life sciences and on-demand delivery in Canada.
