Norma offers ten years of public, private and non-profit board experience and three decades of Global and Canadian senior pharmaceutical/healthcare technologies strategic leadership. Norma has worked in executive commercial roles for Bayer and Sanofi in Canada and globally (based in Berlin).

Norma is a passionate visionary strategic and inspiring leader who thrives by moving the vision and teams forward. At Cystic Fibrosis Canada, as President and CEO from 2014-2017, Norma supported and continues to support patients and families living with CF (including her nephew).

Norma has been dedicated to women's health issues since 1998 and was the pioneer in launching World Contraception Day in 2007.

Norma attended Rotman School of Management, Corporate Director's Education Program (ICD.D) in 2009 and Bishop's University obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

Norma has previously contributed to the Board of Directors of Providence Healthcare Foundation and St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation in Toronto and the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
