Ha Duong is the VP of Finance and Operations at Luge Capital, where he leads the firm’s strategic financial planning, operational management, compliance and initiatives to improve scalability and productivity. Prior to joining Luge, Ha was Head of Finance at Georgian, a growth-stage VC firm, where he gained over a decade of experience in managing financial operations and played a key role in driving the firm’s growth. Earlier in his career, Ha was Senior Accounting Manager at InvestEco Capital Corp and a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he developed his expertise in finance and accounting.

Ha holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
