Marc-André Binette is Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Fondaction, a Quebec based investment fund dedicated to sustainable development investing in companies and funds generating positive social, territorial, environmental and economical impacts. Before joining Fondaction in 2012, he was from 2006 to 2012, Senior Director Investments for an important institutional Canadian fund where he oversaw investments, asset management and strategic partnerships. Before 2006, he worked in the development and acquisition for private companies in real estate and infrastructures. He hold a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Sherbrooke University.

Marc-André Binette est Chef adjoint Investissement chez Fondaction, un fonds d’investissements dédié au développement durable qui investit dans des entreprises et des fonds générant des impacts sociaux, environnementaux, territoriaux et financiers. Avant de joindre Fondaction en 2012, il a été Directeur principal investissements pour un important fonds institutionnel canadien de 2006 à 2012 ou il était responsable des investissements, de la gestion d’actifs et des partenariats stratégiques. Précédemment, il a travaillé en développement et acquisition pour une société privée reliée aux domaines de l’immobilier et des infrastructures. Il détient un baccalauréat en droit (LL.B) et une maitrise en administration des affaires (MBA) de l’Université de Sherbrooke.
