Alan has spent the last 10+ years advising and working with Seed to Series A firms. His experience includes operating as CFO & Head of Finance for companies as they scale and raise capital for growth. He has supported acquisitions, new product launches, and IPO transactions. Alan is a graduate from the University of Waterloo, Ivey Business School, and received his CPA while working at Deloitte.
