I am an experienced researcher with a strong background in molecular and cellular biology complemented with extensive knowledge in drug delivery, drug development and formulation chemistry. I have a broad interest in life science and innovative research concepts from both a basic and applied perspective. In recent years, I have been involved in development of drug delivery systems for immunotherapy and long lasting injectable carbohydrate gels for controlled and sustained delivery of therapeutic nucleic acids and small molecules at the site of disease.
