Billy is a Principal at iGan Partners. As a member of the investment team, he is responsible for leading deal sourcing, structuring, and diligence activities. He also works closely with existing portfolio operations, actively supporting with new transactions (financings and acquisitions) and strategic planning initiatives. He sits on the boards of eSight, Exact Imaging, MolecuLight, and COSM.

Billy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business. He is a CFA Charterholder and has passed CPA Canada’s Common Final Examination.
