Troy joined Smile Train in 2001 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Philanthropy and Ambassador Development. He oversees the organization's community development efforts and Smile Train’s ambassador program.

Troy started his career at Smile Train in a junior capacity, and subsequently worked his way up to serve as both a Development Associate and Database Manager. In those roles, he oversaw Smile Train's donor database as it expanded from a few thousand records to millions of records. He has also been responsible for the expansion of Smile Train's fundraising efforts into new international markets.

Troy has traveled across the US supporting community fundraising events and all over the world supporting Smile Train's partners and programs.
