Elyse joined Smile Train's team in May 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Development Officer. With 15 years of experience in nonprofit marketing and fundraising, she leads Smile Train’s direct marketing, development, supporter engagement, community development, and marketing technology teams.  

Before joining Smile Train's team, she served in marketing and fundraising roles at 92nd Street Y, overseeing the marketing for the Simon Center for Adult Life & Learning, as well as North Shore Animal League America, where she managed special projects and helped drive multiple individual giving programs. 

Elyse holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Albany and an M.B.A. from Adelphi University.
