I am a MACP Student with the goal of becoming a registered psychotherapist by the end of 2025, dedicated to helping people get 1% better every day. With a background in global human resources and learning & development, I bring a unique passion for empowering individuals and organizations to achieve exponential growth.

I have a proven track record of success and a deep commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential. By collaboratively assessing needs, challenging the status quo, driving innovation, and leveraging my expertise, I develop strategic visions and roadmaps for a wide range of procedures, programs, and trainings.

My responsibilities encompass all stages of hiring needs, from recruitment and diversity and equity initiatives to succession planning and mediations. I actively work towards driving human resources initiatives that ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce, foster a positive organizational culture, and develop a robust succession planning framework.

Specializing in individualized leadership and skill-based coaching, I support everyone from new hires to executive-level members. My goal is to enhance the cultural landscape, drive productivity, and instill confidence at all levels of the company, ultimately increasing revenue. By building strong relationships with stakeholders and staying abreast of current advancements, I ensure that the comprehensive programs I design, deliver, manage, and evaluate are closely aligned with organizational objectives, fostering sustainable growth within a positive team culture.
