Over the past 20 years, I've worked with digital teams at companies such as Google (US & UK), Allstate, Amex, Zurich, 3M, Microsoft, Avis Budget Group, Zipcar, The American Red Cross, and The New York Times. My work has centered on helping these organizations deepen their understanding of digital customers and use this insight to improve acquisition and monetization strategies.

I am currently the Chief Growth Officer at Flybits, a leading platform for customer experience in the financial services sector. At Flybits, we enable banks to design, deploy, and evaluate data-driven consumer experiences.

Previously, I led Global Partnerships at Clearco (formerly Clearbanc), the largest eCommerce investor globally, with US$3.5 billion invested in 6,500 companies across North America, Europe, and Australia. Our team built a partner ecosystem contributing 25% of the company's revenue through a scalable, one-to-many model.

Earlier in my career, I served as President & COO of GetintheLoop, a Canadian SaaS technology company revolutionizing local shopping and retail offers, with 4,500 merchants and 7,000 live offers. I also served as VP & Head of the Mediative Consulting Group, a digital media firm acquired in 2010.

In addition to my professional roles, I contributed to The Buyersphere Project and have spoken at Google Engage, FounderMade, Finovate, Big Retail Show, and the Digital Strategy Conference. I also serve as a board member of Accelerate Okanagan, a technology advisor, and a guest lecturer at UBC Okanagan and Okanagan College School of Business.
