Katherine Isaac has over two decades of expertise in technology service and support leadership across private, public, and non-profit sectors and has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional service to customers.

She holds CISSP and PMP certifications and has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Women in Cybersecurity. In addition to her remarkable focus on customer success, Isaac also mentors and supports underprivileged youth and women in STEM and serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at UrbanPromise Toronto.
